Delete your ligi account

You can permanently delete your ligi account and all of the data associated with it at any time, either from inside the app or by emailing us. You do not need to contact us to delete your account — the in-app option works immediately and without approval.

Delete from the Android app

1. Open ligi and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the Settings gear icon in the top corner.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. In the “Delete account?” dialog, tap Delete to confirm.

You are signed out as soon as the deletion finishes.

Delete from the iOS app

1. Open ligi and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the Settings gear icon in the top corner.
3. Scroll to the Login section and tap Delete Account.
4. In the “Are you sure you want to delete your account?” alert, tap Delete to confirm.

Delete by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot sign in, email support@ligi.app from the email address on your ligi account with the subject line “Delete my account”. We verify that the request comes from the account's email and then delete the account. We reply to confirm once it is done, normally within a few business days and always within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes, from our servers:

• your account and sign-in credentials (name, email, user ID);
• your profile — @username, bio, and profile photo — and any other optional profile details;
• your onboarding answers and personalization;
• all workout data — your sessions, exercises, sets, reps, weights, and personal records;
• photos you uploaded (profile picture, profile banner, feedback screenshots);
• your authorship of any workout plans you created: a plan that other users have already saved stays available to them, but without your name, profile, or any link back to you;
• your social connections (who you follow and who follows you), squad memberships, and leaderboard entries;
• push-notification tokens, and crash or analytics records tied to your user ID.

Your account is removed from our production systems when you confirm, and any remaining copies in backups and logs are purged within 30 days. Other users will no longer see your profile. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.

Deletion is permanent

Once your account is deleted we cannot recover it or your workout history. If you have an active iOS subscription, deleting your ligi account does not cancel the subscription — manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).

Signing out is not deleting

Log Out (in the same Settings screen) only removes your session from that device; your account and data remain on our servers so you can sign back in later. Use Delete Account if you want your data removed.
